Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We ship all orders placed on a business day out within 48 hours. We do not include the holidays and weekends in this timeframe.
At this time, we are not shipping internationally.
You can return your unused product within 30 days.
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@hairybarry.com. If your order has already shipped out, you cannot cancel.
Our Dog Toys
Below are some common questions about our products.
Samples of our products have been tested at a lab in the USA for lead and phthalates to ensure pet safety.
As of now, all products are made in China. All factories certifications have been checked to ensure all required safety and labor policies are in place.
No dog toy is indestructible and we do not claim to sell indestructible toys.
